Pawmetto Dog Treats-clean teeth and fresh breath

OUR STORY:

I have owned large breeds, such as Bernese Mountain dogs, for my entire life.  After one of my children passed away, I found myself the new mama to a Mini Dachshund, Vinny.  My other daughter, Amber, and I fell so in love with Vinny that Amber made the life changing decision to stop breeding Great Pyrenees and totally invest her time and energy into to mini weens.  It has been a lot of fun and a lot of work.  Between all my children we are weenie parents to Vinny, Chino, Rose, Joey, Tino, Sofia, Carmella, and Gunner and they all have the worst breath.  Our veterinarian said that other than dental cleaning, there isn't much we could do. Mini Dachshund's as well as other small breeds notoriously have bad breath.  I tried a popular water additive, a powder food additive, breath fresh treats, teeth wipes, brushing and nothing worked.  We gave up and figured there was simply nothing that could be done.  Even the $300 annual professional cleaning did not come with a guarantee that their breath would be much better.

Weenies are notorious for wanting to kiss your face as well as stick their tongues up your nose and other disgusting things.  I love these guys, and I can literally see the disappointment when I tell them "no" to kisses.  So, I went down the rabbit hole to see if I could make my own treats to help them.  After months of trial and error I have done it!  This particular recipe freshened their breath after the 3rd day.  I was so excited and called anyone I knew that had a dog to try these cookies for themselves just to make sure I wasn't crazy.  I have feedback of 80% to 100% improvement.  There are absolutely no added sugars, salt, dyes or preservatives so I had to learn to get the flavor from whole foods and to naturally preserve them so they can be stored for a reasonable time on the shelf.  I also studied the shapes and size in order to keep the treats safe for dogs that get a little too excited around a cookie and get them stuck on the roof of their mouths.  My dogs go crazy for these cookies and even prefer them to their expensive dog food.  Give them a try for your pup today.  We currently have perfected the fruit cookies and are working on the veggie cookie.  Coming soon.....training treats, veggie treats, larger quantity orders and other products that help with "surviving" training difficult pups.
